So after completing a Tone it Up video and swimming laps at the gym.... I had an awesome meal tonight with my hubby! I made tilapia on the george and seasoned it with lemon pepper and olive oil and then made asparagus baked in the oven seasoned with a little olive oil, sea salt, pepper, and parmesan! Also made healthy protein cookie dough! It was awesome! I am so full and satisfied and it was all SUPER HEALTHY!
